The hobgoblin Vorlux steals a young witch’s magical book, believing it will make him wealthy. Together with the goblin Stenchella, they attempt to cast a spell, but the recipe goes awry, and they accidentally create a portal to our human world. Upon entering it, they kidnap a man who turns out to be the Author. Their boss, known as Banshee, learns of the situation and forces them to return the Author to his own world.
